摘　　要：随着智能仓储物流的发展和广泛应用,堆垛机作为智能物流立体仓储的核心,其使用频率随着业务的增多而不断增加,如何保障其运行的安全性和可靠性成为近年来的一个研究热点。本文通过梳理和分析卷烟厂物流作业全流程安全管控措施和缺陷,充分挖掘和利用现有资源,结合实际和测算,通过设备优化改造,从而消除作业人员在高空作业过程中的跨越安全风险。With the development and widespread application of intelligent warehousing logistics,stacker cranes,as the core of intelligent logistics three-dimensional warehousing,their usage frequency continues to increase with the increase of business.How to ensure the safety and reliability of their operation has become a research hotspot in recent years.This article summarizes and analyzes the safety control measures and deficiencies of the entire Jogistics operation process in cigarette factories,fully excavates and utilizes existing resources,combines reality and calculation,and optimizes and transforms equipment to eliminate safety risks for operators during high-altitude operations.
