摘  要:科技创新、产业发展及政策法规的制定与完善,对中国的能源转型起到了重要促进作用。中国能源转型与绿色发展必须从“富煤、贫油、少气”的资源禀赋出发,坚持先立后破。为解决新能源消纳问题,一方面,要支持西北绿色电力发展较快的地区承接先进高载能产业和发展现代化产业体系,增强本地新能源消纳能力;另一方面,要强调“源网荷储”一体化协同发展,加大储能规模与能源外送力度。虽然中国新能源汽车产业已经取得了很大成绩,但在关键核心技术等方面仍需进一步提升,持续开展国际合作。In the process of China's high-quality energy development,scientific and technological innovation,industrial development,as well as the formulation and improvement of national policies and regulations,have played important roles in promoting the energy transition.China's energy transition and green development must base on its resources endowment of “rich in coal,limited in oil,and short in gas”,and adhere to the principle of establishing the new before abolishing the old.In order to solve the new energy accommodation problem,on the one hand,China needs to support the regions including the northwest where green power industry develops fast to undertake advanced high energy-carrying industries and to develop modern industrial system,enhancing the local new energy accommodation capacity.On the other hand,it should emphasize the “source,network,load,and storage” integration and synergistic development,increase the scale of energy storage and energy transmission,and further develop energy storage and transportation facilities.Although China's new energy automobile industry has made great achievements,it still needs to further improve in key core technologies and continue to facilitate international cooperation.
