摘 要:中国成品油一次物流优化研究起步较晚,优化空间较大,传统的手工资源平衡和经验化物流规划方式已无法满足规划业务的效率和成本优化需求。以某石油企业在全国范围的成品油一次物流业务为主要研究对象,以成品油一次物流成本最低为优化目标,综合考虑调运路径、节点、资源平衡和调运能力等涵盖一次物流业务过程的相关约束条件,建立具有实用价值的基于混合整数规划的成品油一次物流优化模型,并据此通过二次开发优化工具对模型进行自动化快速求解。实践应用表明,该模型优化结果可信、可行、更优,工作效率大幅提升,资源平衡和运输结构更加合理,物流成本有效降低。The research on optimization of primary logistics in procurement of refined oil products in China started late,and there is a large potential for optimization.Traditional manual resource balancing and empirical logistics planning methods can no longer meet the optimization requirements on efficiency and costs of the planning business.Taking the national logistics in procurement of refined oil products of a petroleum company as the main research object and taking the lowest cost of logistics in procurement of refined oil products as the optimization goal,the paper comprehensively considers the relevant constraints covering the business process of logistics in procurement such as transfer paths,nodes,resource balancing,and transfer capacity,establishes the optimization model of refined oil products based on mixed integer planning with practical value,and then develops the optimization tool through secondary development to automate and quickly solve the model.Practical application shows that the optimization results from the model are credible,feasible,and superior,the working efficiency is greatly improved,the resource balance and transportation structure are more reasonable,and the logistics cost is effectively reduced.
