醚酯类减缩型聚羧酸系减水剂的合成与性能研究

摘  要:本文以乙烯基聚乙二醇醚(EPEG6000):丙烯酸(AA)=1:5(摩尔比),在中低温水溶液氧化还原体系条件下合成聚羧酸系减水剂(PCE),再通过引入聚乙二醇酯类MAPEG2000:硅烷偶联剂KH172单体:磺酸盐类单体MAS=1:1:1(摩尔比),总摩尔数等量替代30%EPEG6000,得到聚羧酸减水剂SRPCE,研究SRPCE与PCE对水泥胶砂收缩、溶液表面张力、混凝土工作性能和分散保坍性能及减缩效果的影响。结果表明:掺SRPCE水泥颗粒的Zeta电位为﹣1.070 mV,相较PCE组有所上升;当次磷酸钠加入底料中时,水泥净浆的流动度相较次磷酸钠添加到A、B料时明显增大,净浆的流动度可提升约30 mm。掺PCE的水泥胶砂28 d收缩率减少了20%,SRPCE的抗收缩效果优于PCE;掺PCE的混凝土与掺SRPCE的混凝土相比,两者的7、28 d抗压强度相近,前者的28 d收缩率比为93.4%,后者的28 d收缩率比为79.2%,SRPCE展现出更好的减缩型性能;当模拟孔溶液环境的饱和石灰水溶液浓度为7%时,PCE组溶液的表面张力为58.0 mN/m,SRPCE组溶液的表面张力为38.5 mN/m,表面张力下降33.6%。Polycarboxylate superplasticizer is synthesized under the condition of low and medium temperature aqueous redox system with the molar ratio vinyl polyethylene glycol ether(EPEG6000):acrylic acid(AA)=1:5,and then by the introduction of the molar ratio of polyethylene glycol esters MAPEG2000:alkenyl silane KH172:sulfonated monomers MAS=1:1:1,and the total number of moles is replaced by an equal amount of 30%EPEG6000,to obtain shrinkage-reducing polycarboxylate superplasticizer(SRPCE),studies the effects of SRPCE and PCE on cement mortar shrinkage,solution surface tension,concrete workability,dispersion and slump retention performance,and shrinkage reduction effect.The experimental results show that the Zeta potential of SRPCE-added cement particles was-1.070 mV,which was increased compared with PCE;when sodium hypophosphite was added to the base material,the flow of the net slurry of the cement fraction increased significantly compared with that when sodium hypophosphite was added to the A and B materials,and the flow of the net slurry could be improved by about 30 mm.The 28 d shrinkage of PCE-added cementitious sand was reduced by 20%.The anti-shrinkage effect of SRPCE was better than that of PCE;the 7 and 28 d compressive strengths of PCE-added concrete were similar to those of SRPCE-added concrete,with the 28 d shrinkage ratio of the former being 93.4%and that of the latter being 79.2%,and SRPCE showed better shrinkage reduction;when the concentration of the saturated lime solution simulating the pore solution environment was 7%,the surface tension of the PCE group solution was 58.0 mN/m,and that of the SRPCE group solution was 38.5 mN/m,which was a decrease in surface tension by 33.6%.
