摘 要:由于不同粒径的再生骨料存在级配不合理、压碎指标高、颗粒组成差异大等问题,在实际工程应用中往往会造成再生骨料混凝土性能与普通混凝土性能差异较大。本文探究了再生骨料不同替代率对混凝土力学性能和耐久性能的影响规律,为废弃混凝土在新材料应用领域中的发展提供参考。结果表明:在抗压强度方面,再生骨料替代率越高,再生骨料混凝土的抗压强度越低,当再生骨料替代率为25%~50%时,可考虑在非承重结构中应用,其抗压强度满足施工要求;在耐久性方面,再生骨料替代率越高,混凝土的抗氯离子渗透性能逐渐下降,其28 d氯离子迁移系数为3.8×10^(-12)~4.7×10^(-12)m^(2)/s;当再生骨料替代率超过25%后,混凝土的碳化深度急剧增加,抗碳化性能下降。Due to the problems of unreasonable grading,high crushing index,and significant differences in particle composition of recycled aggregates with different particle sizes,the performance of recycled aggregate concrete often differs significantly from that of ordinary concrete in practical engineering applications.This article explores the influence of different substitution rates of recycled aggregates on the mechanical and durability properties of concrete,providing reference for the development of waste concrete in the field of new material applications.The results show that in terms of compressive strength,the higher the replacement rate of recycled aggregate,the lower the compressive strength of recycled aggregate concrete.When the replacement rate of recycled aggregate is 25%to 50%,it can be considered for application in non load bearing structures,and its compressive strength meets the construction requirements;in terms of durability,the higher the replacement rate of recycled aggregates,the lower the resistance of concrete to chloride ion penetration,the 28 days-12 chloride ion migration coefficient is 3.8×10^(-12)~4.7×10^(-12)m^(2)/s.When the replacement rate of recycled aggregates exceeds 25%,the carbonation depth of concrete increases sharply and the carbonation resistance decreases.
