摘 要:随着原材料性能的变化和施工对混凝土高流动性、低离析泌水的质量要求,保水组分已经成为混凝土生产中与聚羧酸减水剂进行复配使用的重要外加剂组分。但是不同的保水组分复配后在混凝土中产生的保水性能差异较大,尤其是不同储存条件下其质量的变化对其使用效果会产生明显影响。为明确不同保水组分的质量稳定性,明晰其对混凝土保水性能的影响规律,本文以常用的纤维素醚、黄原胶、温轮胶以及淀粉醚4种保水组分与聚羧酸减水剂进行复配,制备保水型外加剂,并在不同储存温度和时间条件下进行存放,研究储存温度和时间对其保水性能的影响。结果表明:现场复配纤维素醚制备的保水型外加剂具有明显的保水效果,但受储存温度和储存时间的影响最大,不宜长时间储存;复配黄原胶和温轮胶制备的保水型外加剂对储存温度和储存时间的敏感度较低,质量稳定性最佳;复配淀粉醚制备的保水型外加剂质量稳定性较好,但会随着温度和储存时间的变化,稳定性缓慢下降。With the changes in raw material properties and the quality requirements for high fluidity and low segregation and bleeding of concrete during construction,water retaining components have become an important additive component for compounding with polycarboxylate water reducing agents in concrete production.However,there are significant differences in the water retention performance of different water retaining components in concrete after compounding,especially the significant impact of changes in their quality under different storage conditions on their effectiveness.In order to clarify the quality stability of different water retention components and their impact on the water retention performance of concrete,this article combines four commonly used water retention components,namely cellulose ether,xanthan gum,warm wheel glue,and starch ether,with polycarboxylate water reducing agents to prepare a water retention admixture.It is stored under different storage temperature and time conditions to study the influence of storage temperature and time on its water retention performance.The research results show that the water retention admixture prepared by on-site compounding of cellulose ether has a significant effect,but is most affected by storage temperature and time,and should not be stored for a long time;the water retaining admixture prepared by compounding xanthan gum and warm wheel gum has lower sensitivity to storage temperature and storage time,and has the best quality stability;the water retaining admixture prepared by compounding starch ether has good quality stability,but it will gradually decrease with temperature and time changes.To provide technical references for the compounding,use,and storage of water retaining admixtures through research.
