摘  要:耐高温液态金属滑动轴承在高温真空等领域有广泛的应用,以CT机球管径向人字槽轴承为模型,采用镓基液态金属为润滑剂,基于COMSOL Multiphysics有限元软件对此种结构及工况进行了滑动轴承性能仿真计算,优化了轴承设计间隙等结构参数,搭建了轴承运行试验台,验证了轴承性能及人字槽结构的泵送和密封效应。对高温液态金属滑动轴承的应用有一定的指导和验证意义。High-temperature liquid metal sliding bearing has extensive applications in high-temperature vacuum environments.This paper takes the CT machine tube radial herringbone groove bearing as the model,using gallium-based liquid metal as the lubricant.Based on the Comsol finite element software,the sliding bearing performance of this structure and working condition is simulated and optimized,including the optimization of bearing design clearances and other structural parameters.A bearing operation test rig is con-structed to verify the performance of the bearing and the pumping and sealing effects of the herringbone groove structure.This paper has certain guiding and verification significance for the application of high-temperature liquid metal sliding bearing.
