摘  要:提出了一种24 GHz毫米波并馈微带阵列天线,可应用于调频连续波(Frequency Modulated Continuous Wave,FMCW)雷达水位计,要求天线实现高增益窄波束。鉴于雷达水位计使用环境恶劣,而矩形贴片顶端容易损坏,因此采用圆形微带贴片,为实现良好的阻抗匹配,采用T形功分器馈电网络,组成8×8天线阵列。仿真与测试结果表明,天线阵列的-10 dB带宽为570 MHz,工作频率为23.87~24.34 GHz,最大增益为22.4 dBi。半功率波束宽度(Half-Power Beam Width,HPBW)为10.3°,副瓣电平(sidelobe level,SLL)为-13.4 dB。该天线性能满足FMCW雷达水位计测量水位的需求。This paper presents a 24 GHz millimeter wave parallel feed microstrip array antenna that can be applied to FMCW radar water level gauges,requiring the antenna to achieve high gain and narrow beam.Considering the harsh environment in which radar water level gauges are used and the top of the rectangular patch is prone to damage,circular microstrip patches are used instead.To achieve good impedance matching,a T-type power divider feeding network is adopted to form an 8×8 antenna array.Simulation and measurement results show that the-10 dB bandwidth of the antenna array is 570 MHz,operating at a frequency range of 23.87~24.34 GHz,and the antenna provides a maximum gain of 22.4 dBi.The antenna exhibits a half power beamwidth of 10.3°and a side lobe level of-13.4 dB.The antenna performance meets the requirements for measuring water level in FMCW radar water level gauges.
