摘  要:为解决现有设备生产过程中故障无迹可寻、对操作维护人员经验较为依赖、故障检测需要专家现场指导以及运维所造成的人工成本高、运维周期长等技术难题,设计开发出故障智能引导处理系统软件。软件通过对数据采集、故障预警、专家知识库和引导处理各子系统功能及模型算法的开发,实现智能引导操作人员处理异常事件,直至异常消除;对于没有故障报警和无法解决的设备异常信息,提供知识库录入功能,扩展知识库内容,使未知设备异常再次发生后具备智能引导处理功能。通过应用实践表明,系统的开发能为智能运维提供数据基础,为用户提供高效快捷的故障处理机制,提升智能化水平、降低维护成本、减少停机时间,从而提高了生产效率。In order to solve technical problems such as untraceable faults in the production process of existing equipment,reliance on the experience of operation and maintenance personnel,the need for expert on-site guidance for fault detection,and high labor costs and long operation and maintenance cycles caused by operation and maintenance,a fault intelligent guidance and processing system software has been designed and developed.The software develops the functions and model algorithms of various subsystems such as data collection,fault warning,expert knowledge base,and guidance processing to intelligently guide operators to handle abnormal events until they are eliminated.For devices with no fault alarms or unresolved abnormal information,a knowledge base entry function is provided to expand the content of the knowledge base,enabling intelligent guidance and processing of unknown device anomalies after they occur again.
