摘  要:为确定不同养护制度下对生活垃圾焚烧飞灰和焚烧底渣复合胶凝材料的抗压强度的影响,采用碱激发技术,分别设置标准养护、自然养护、高温养护、水养护以及碳酸化养护等5种养护制度,测试其在相应养护龄期内的抗压强度,同时对硬化体进行了微观结构分析。结果表明:养护制度对碱激发生活垃圾焚烧飞灰/底渣胶凝材料的抗压强度影响较大,高温养护和碳酸化养护可提高硬化体的早期(≤3 d)强度形成,在养护28 d时试件的最大抗压强度为13 MPa。碱激发生活垃圾焚烧飞灰/底渣复合胶凝材料具有较好的碳捕获能力,最大CO_(2)碳吸收率达到1.8%。硬化体的主要水化产物为C-A-S-H凝胶和方解石,同时存在部分矿盐、羟钙石、石英和C_(4)AH1_(4)。C-A-S-H凝胶和方解石的存在对于基体结构的强度形成提供了良好的支撑。Systems of standard curing,natural curing,high-temperature curing,water curing and carbonation curing were adopted with alkali-activated technology to study the effects of different curing systems on the compressive strength of composite cementitious materials of fly ash and residue from municipal solid waste incineration,determine the compressive strength of the composite cementitious materials in the corresponding curing age,and analyze the microstructure of the hardened body.The results showed that the curing system had a great impact on the compressive strength of alkali-activated cementitious materials.High-temperature curing and carbonation curing improved the early strength formation of hardened body(≤3 d),and the maximum compressive strength of the specimen was 13 MPa at 28 d.The alkali-activated composite cementitious material captured carbon,and the maximum CO_(2)carbon absorption rate reached 1.8%.The main hydration products of the hardened body were C-A-S-H gel,calcite,mineral salts,hydroxyapatite,quartz,and C_(4)AH1_(4).The C-A-S-H gel and calcite supported the strength formation of the matrix structure.
