洪涝安全视角下保定市社会经济-生态环境系统耦合协调度分析

摘  要:为探讨洪涝安全视角下保定市社会经济发展与生态环境保护之间的耦合协调关系,基于耦合协调度模型对2014年至2023年的相关数据进行分析。结果表明,保定市社会经济-生态环境系统的耦合协调度在此期间显著提高,尤其在2021年至2023年期间达到了“优质协调”水平,表明该市在促进经济发展的同时,生态环境保护力度显著加强。进一步分析发现,洪涝安全的提升对2个子系统的协调发展起到了关键作用,尤其是在排水系统和水资源管理方面的投入对耦合协调度的提升贡献突出。针对现有问题,建议未来继续加强洪涝安全规划,促进社会经济与生态环境的协同发展,以实现更加绿色和可持续的城市发展。Data from 2014 to 2023 were analyzed with the coupling coordination degree model to study the coupling coordination relationship between socioeconomic development and ecological environment protection in Baoding city from the perspective of flood safety.The results showed that the coupling coordination of the socioeconomic system and ecological environment system in Baoding city significantly increased during this period,and reached a high-quality coordination level from 2021 to 2023,indicating that the city had protected the ecological environment while promoting economic development.The improvement of flood safety played a key role in the coordinated development of the two subsystems,and the investment in drainage system and water resources management significantly improved the coupling coordination.Flood safety should be well planned to promote the coordinated development of social economy and ecological environment,so as to achieve a greener and more sustainable urban development.
