产业教授制度提升研究生培养质量的耦合逻辑、制约因素及路径探析

摘　　要：近年来,以江苏为代表的很多省份推动实施了产业教授制度。从理论逻辑上分析,产业教授制度与研究生培养质量的提升具有耦合关系:产业教授功能与研究生人才培养目标耦合,产业教授职责与研究生培养方式耦合,产业教授作用与研究生培养体系耦合。尽管产业教授制度推动了研究生培养质量的提升,但基于调研及实践逻辑分析发现,产业教授制度在具体执行和保障、人才队伍建设与管理、参与渠道与机制设计等层面依然面临制约因素。对此,需要进一步聚焦发展定位,优化产业教授顶层设计;围绕产教融合,完善产业教授选聘机制;瞄准人才培养,健全产业教授管理办法;着眼深度推进,拓展多元的资源共享载体。In recent years,many provinces,represented by Jiangsu,have promoted the implementation of the Industry Professor System.From a theoretical perspective,the Industry Professor System is coupled with the improvement of graduate training quality in the following aspects:the functions of industry professors are coupled with the talent cultivation goals of graduate students;the responsibilities of industry professors are coupled with the graduate training methods;and the roles of industry professors are coupled with the graduate training system.Although the Industry Professor System has contributed to improving graduate training quality,research and practical analysis indicate that challenges remain in areas such as implementation,talent team development and management,and the design of participation channels and mechanisms.To address these challenges,it is recommended to further focus on developmental positioning of Industry Professor System and optimize its top-level design;improve the selection mechanism of industry professors in the context of industry-education integration,enhance the management methods for industry professors with a focus on talent cultivation;and expand diverse resource-sharing platforms to facilitate further progress.
