摘 要:《北京市“十四五”时期高精尖产业发展规划》提出北京市智能制造与装备的发展方向,为此,该文关注2016—2023年北京市在智能机器人、高端数控机床、传感与控制系统、检测与装配设备方面智能制造装备专利申请数据,建构LMDI模型,包括特定智能制造装备优先序、智能制造装备专利份额以及研发活动规模的智能装备制造分解模型,利用区间分解和时间序列分解相结合的方式对北京市智能制造装备专利数量变化的影响因素进行分析。研究结果表明,北京市智能制造装备专利申请量的变化规律与研发活动规模效应的变化有着密切联系,研发份额效应反映出北京市在智能装备与制造各领域不同的驱动效果,研发优先序指标可以反映出研发活动的侧重点。The"Beijing High-tech Industry Development Plan During the 14th Five-Year Plan"proposes the development direction of intelligent manufacturing and equipment in Beijing City.To this end,this paper focuses on the patent application data of intelligent manufacturing equipment in Beijing City from 2016 to 2023 in intelligent robots,high-end CNC machine tools,sensing and control systems,testing and assembly equipment,and constructs an LMDI model,including specific intelligent manufacturing equipment priorities.The intelligent equipment manufacturing decomposition model based on the patent share of intelligent manufacturing equipment and the scale of R&D activities uses a combination of interval decomposition and time series decomposition to analyze the influencing factors of changes in the number of intelligent manufacturing equipment patents in Beijing City.The research results show that the change pattern of patent applications for intelligent manufacturing equipment in Beijing City is closely related to the change in the scale effect of R&D activities.The R&D share effect reflects the different driving effects of Beijing City in various fields of intelligent equipment and manufacturing,and the R&D priority indicator can reflect the focus of R&D activities.
