提高某型修正马达定子组件合格率的实证研究

摘  要:垂直陀螺是飞机水平姿态角传感器,是配套于某型号飞机的产品。其中的修正马达定子组件合格率较低,严重制约着某型号自驾系统的配套交付。该文通过QC活动确定造成修正马达定子组件合格率低的要因为线圈铺设量不均匀。通过设计嵌线工装,有效地解决修正马达定子组件合格率低的质量问题,合格率由47.2%提升至86.3%,该文提出的要因分析思路和设计的工装可为类似嵌线问题生产提供借鉴。The vertical gyro is an aircraft horizontal attitude angle sensor and is a product that is matched with a certain type of aircraft.Among them,the qualified rate of the revised motor stator components is low,which seriously restricts the supporting delivery of a certain model of self-driving system.This paper determines through QC activities that the reason for the low pass rate of the corrected motor stator assembly is the uneven coil laying amount.By designing the wire embedding tooling,the quality problem of low pass rate of the motor stator component was effectively solved,and the pass rate was increased from 47.2%to 86.3%.The factor analysis ideas and designed tooling proposed in this paper can be used for production of similar wire embedding problems.
