气象监测与通信铁塔共享建设方案研究

摘  要:“气象+铁塔”建设模式通过改造通信铁塔满足气象监测设备的安装,实现通信铁塔的跨行业共享。该模式改造方案从高度与环境要求、铁塔承载力要求、隔离度要求、设备接地要求、供电保障以及网络配套要求6个方面阐述通信铁塔改造要点。分析改建方案的优势,不仅满足通信铁塔蜂窝网络信号覆盖的要求,也为气象监测设备的安装使用以及其他相关设备的扩容安装提供便利。该技术的落地实施推动不同行业之间的协作共享,也为其他行业共享通信铁塔提供新思路。The"Meteorological+Tower"construction model transforms the communication tower to meet the installation of meteorological monitoring equipment,realizing cross-industry sharing of communication towers.This model transformation plan expounds the key points of communication tower transformation from six aspects:height and environmental requirements,tower bearing capacity requirements,isolation requirements,equipment grounding requirements,power supply guarantee and network supporting requirements.The advantages of the reconstruction plan are analyzed,which not only meets the signal coverage requirements of the communication tower's cellular network,but also facilitates the installation and use of meteorological monitoring equipment and the expansion and installation of other related equipment.The implementation of this technology has promoted collaboration and sharing between different industries,and also provided new ideas for other industries to share communication towers.
