大型电站锅炉安装监督检验工作重点与策略探索

摘　　要：2023年起,我国火电建设掀起一波新高潮。大型电站锅炉的安装监督检验工作具有法定性和强制性,开展这项工作的方式、方法和电站锅炉的安装质量管控有密切联系。该文以电站锅炉安装过程监督检验为工作重点进行切入,结合范例从材料管理、焊接技术、热处理工艺、无损检测展开分析,归纳安装监检工作的重点。同时,提出以认真执行技术规范、加强各方沟通、寻求监管支持和优化自身工作方法的四点监督检验工作策略,为进一步做好大型电站锅炉安装监督检验工作指明方向。Starting from 2023,China's thermal power construction has set off a new wave.The installation supervision and inspection work of large power station boilers is statutory and mandatory,and the methods and methods for carrying out this work are closely related to the installation quality control of power station boilers.This paper focuses on the supervision and inspection of the installation process of power station boilers,analyzes material management,welding technology,heat treatment process,and non-destructive testing based on examples,and summarizes the key points of installation supervision and inspection work.At the same time,this paper proposed a four-point supervision and inspection work strategy to conscientiously implement technical specifications,strengthen communication between all parties,seek regulatory support and optimize its own working methods,which pointed out the direction for further improving the installation supervision and inspection of large-scale power station boilers.
