高速铁路接触网隧道预埋槽道全生命周期提前介入策略研究

摘  要:隧道接触网基础用于固定接触网吊柱及附加导线支架等设备,主要有后置化学锚栓和隧道预埋槽道2种形式。后置化学锚栓基础由四电施工单位在已成型的隧道主体上打孔灌注,因无法探测隧道内部结构,存在定位精度差、施工难度大等问题,隐蔽缺陷甚至危及运营安全;隧道预埋槽道由站前施工单位在隧道二衬施工时同步施作并一体成型,既能保证隧道主体结构不被二次破坏,又能满足接触网基础的定位精度问题。该文从新建铁路设备管理单位提前介入的角度出发,重点研究隧道预埋槽道从设计、施工、交验等全生命周期的介入重点和介入方法,确保高速铁路开通后的运营安全。The tunnel catenary foundation is used to fix the catenary suspension column and additional wire supports and other equipment.It mainly comes in two forms,post-positioned chemical anchors and tunnel pre-embedded channels.The post-mounted chemical anchor bolt foundation is perforated and poured on the formed tunnel main body by the Fourth Electric Power Company construction unit.Because the internal structure of the tunnel cannot be detected,problems such as poor positioning accuracy and high construction difficulty exist,concealing defects and even endangering operation safety;The tunnel pre-embedded channels are simultaneously implemented and integrated by the construction unit in front of the station during the construction of the secondary lining of the tunnel,which not only ensures that the main structure of the tunnel is not twice damaged,but also meets the positioning accuracy of the catenary foundation.Starting from the perspective of early intervention by newly-built railway equipment management units,this paper focuses on studying the intervention priorities and intervention methods for the entire life cycle of tunnel pre-embedded channels,including design,construction,and inspection,so as to ensure the operation safety of the high-speed railway after its opening.
