摘 要:在现代桥梁施工中,步履式顶推技术因其对施工环境影响小、施工效率高等优势,被广泛应用于大跨度钢箱梁的施工中。然而,钢箱梁在顶推过程中的姿态调整是确保桥梁结构安全和成桥线形精确的关键技术难题。该文以北湖大桥跨京哈线钢箱梁顶推工程为背景,深入研究步履式顶推大跨度钢箱梁的姿态调整技术的影响因素。该文首先概述步履式顶推施工技术的基本原理、施工流程和关键技术要点,随后详细阐述影响钢箱梁顶推姿态的原因,通过分析影响的原因提出对应的解决办法,确保姿态调整的精确性和结构安全。In modern bridge construction,walking pushing technology is widely used in the construction of large-span steel box girders because of its advantages of little impact on the construction environment and high construction efficiency.However,the attitude adjustment of the steel box girder during the pushing process is a key technical problem to ensure the safety of the bridge structure and the accurate alignment of the completed bridge.Based on the steel box girder jacking project of Beihu Bridge across the Beihu Railway,this paper conducts an in-depth study on the influencing factors of the attitude adjustment technology of large-span steel box girders by walking jacking.This paper first summarizes the basic principles,construction procedures and key technical points of the walking pushing construction technology,and then expounds in detail the reasons that affect the pushing attitude of the steel box girder.By analyzing the reasons for the influence,corresponding solutions are put forward to ensure the accuracy and structural safetyof attitude adjustment.
