摘　　要：目的:了解老年膝骨关节炎合并肌少症病人生活空间现状并分析其影响因素。方法:使用便利抽样法,选取2023年2月—11月在郑州市某三级甲等医院骨科的189例老年膝骨关节炎合并肌少症病人为研究对象,采用一般资料调查表、中文版生活空间测评量表、Lubben社会网络量表、Barthel指数、多维疲劳量表进行调查。结果:老年膝骨关节炎合并肌少症病人中文版生活空间测评量表总分为(53.72±10.00)分,性别、年龄、居住情况、疼痛程度、近1年跌倒史、自理能力、社会隔离和疲劳是生活空间的影响因素(P<0.05)。结论:老年膝骨关节炎合并肌少症病人生活空间水平较低,医护人员应重视老年膝骨关节炎合并肌少症病人生活空间状况,根据其影响因素制订针对性的干预措施。Objective:To investigate the status quo of life space in elderly patients with knee osteoarthritis complicated by sarcopenia and analyze its influencing factors.Methods:A total of 189 elderly patients with knee osteoarthritis complicated by sarcopenia who were admitted to the orthopedic department of a tertiary grade A hospital in Zhengzhou were selected as the research subjects by convenience sampling from February 2023 to November 2023.A general information questionnaire,Chinese version of the Life Space Assessment,Lubben Social Network Scale-6,Barthel Index,and Multidimensional Fatigue Inventory-20 were used for investigation.Results:The total score of the Chinese version of the Life Space Assessment in elderly patients with knee osteoarthritis complicated by sarcopenia was(53.72±10.00)points,and gender,age,living conditions,pain level,history of falls in the past year,self-care ability,social isolation,and fatigue were the influencing factors of living space(P<0.05).Conclusions:The living space level of elderly patients with knee osteoarthritis complicated by sarcopenia is relatively low.Medical staff should prioritize the assessment of the living space status of elderly patients with knee osteoarthritis complicated by sarcopenia,and implement evidence-based intervention measures based on their influencing factors.
