护理实践准备度量表的汉化及信效度检验

摘　　要：目的:对护理实践准备度量表(NPRS)进行汉化并检验其信效度。方法:采用Brislin翻译模型对原量表进行翻译、回译,再通过专家函询对量表进行跨文化调适,经预调查后形成中文版NPRS。于2023年3月—7月,采用便利抽样法选取山西省5所三级甲等医院的346名新入职护士作为研究对象,检验量表信效度。结果:中文版NPRS包含临床判断和护理表现、专业态度、以病人为中心、自我调节以及协作性人际关系5个维度,共35个条目。中文版NPRS条目水平的内容效度指数为0.857~1.000,全体一致量表水平的内容效度指数为0.886,平均量表水平的内容效度指数为0.980。探索性因子分析提取的5个特征值>1的公因子累计方差贡献率为63.393%;验证性因子分析结果显示,卡方自由度比值为2.864,渐进残差均方和平方根为0.073,比较拟合指数为0.863,拟合优度指数为0.794,Tucker-Lewis指数为0.853。5个维度的组合信度为0.811~0.942,平均提取方差为0.506~0.672,平均提取方差的平方根均大于相应相关系数。量表总体的Cronbach′sα系数为0.951,折半信度为0.825。结论:中文版NPRS信效度可接受,可以用于测量新入职护士的护理实践准备度情况。Objective:To sinicize Nursing Practice Readiness Scale(NPRS)and to test its reliability and validity.Methods:The Brislin translation model was used to translate and back translate the original scale,and then the cross-cultural adjustment of the scale was carried out through expert correspondence,and the Chinese version of NPRS was formed after pre-investigation.A total of346 newly recruited nurses from 5 tertiary grade A hospitals in Shanxi province were selected from March to July 2023 by convenience sampling method to test the reliability and validity of the scale.Results:The Chinese version of NPRS included 5 dimensions(clinical judgment and nursing performance,professional attitudes,patient-centeredness,self-regulation and collaborative interpersonal relationship)with 35 items.The item-level CVI of the Chinese version of NPRS were ranged from 0.857 to 1.000,the unanimous scale-level CVI was 0.886,and the average scale-level CVI was 0.980.The cumulative variance contribution rate of the 5 common factors with eigenvalues greater than 1 extracted by exploratory factor analysis was 63.393%,and the results of confirmatory factor analysis showed thatχ^(2)/v was 2.864,root mean square error of approximation was 0.073,comparative fit index was 0.863,goodness-of-fit index was 0.794,and Tucker-Lewis index was 0.853.The combined reliability of the 5 dimensions were ranged from 0.811 to 0.942,the average variance extracted value were ranged from 0.506 to 0.672,and the square root of the average variance extracted value was greater than the corresponding correlation coefficient.The overall Cronbach′sαcoefficient of the scale was 0.951,and the split-half reliability was 0.825.Conclusions:The reliability and validity of Chinese version of NPRS are acceptable,which can be used to measure the nursing practice readiness of newly recruited nurses.
