摘  要:采用高温固相法制备了一系列Sr_(3)AlO_(4)F∶Eu^(3+),Dr^(3+),Na^(+)红色发光材料。使用X射线衍射、扫描电子显微镜、光谱仪等设备对Sr_(3)AlO_(4)F∶Eu^(3+),Dr^(3+),Na^(+)红色发光材料进行检测。Eu^(3+)、Dr^(3+)和Na^(+)的浓度(摩尔分数)分别为11%、5%和4%时样品的发光强度最高。导致Eu^(3+)和Dr^(3+)发生浓度猝灭的机制分别为四级-四级相互作用和偶极-偶极相互作用。在Eu^(3+)、Dr^(3+)共掺杂实验中,证明了存在Dr^(3+)向Eu^(3+)的能量传递。此外,加入Na^(+)作为电荷补偿剂提高了Sr_(3)AlO_(4)F的发光性能,加入4%Na^(+)后发光强度提升近4倍。探究了Sr_(3)AlO_(4)F发光材料的热稳定性,在150℃时,共掺杂Eu^(3+)、Dr^(3+)样品的发光强度为30℃时的72.71%。Sr_(3)AlO_(4)F∶Eu^(3+),Dr^(3+),Na^(+)这种新型的红色发光材料有利于提高白光发光二极管的显色指数。A series of Eu^(3+),Dr^(3+)and/or Na^(+)doped Sr_(3)AlO_(4)F phosphors were synthesized by a solid state reaction.The properties of Sr_(3)AlO_(4)F∶Eu^(3+),Dr^(3+),Na^(+)phosphors were analyzed by X-ray diffraction,scanning electron microsco-py,X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy,photoluminescence spectra,and other tests.The luminous intensity of the sample was the highest at the concentrations(mole fraction)of Eu^(3+),Dr^(3+)and Na^(+)at 11%,5%and 4%,respective-ly.The concentration quenching mechanism of single-doped Eu^(3+)and Dr^(3+)is quadrupole-quadrupole interaction and dipole-dipole interaction in Sr_(3)AlO_(4)F phosphor.The experiment of Eu^(3+)and Dr^(3+)co-doping suggests possible energy transfer from Dr^(3+)to Eu^(3+).Furthermore,the addition of Na^(+)as a charge compensator improved the luminescence per-formance of Sr_(3)AlO_(4)F was increased by nearly 4 times.The thermal stability of the Sr_(3)AlO_(4)F∶Eu^(3+),Dr^(3+)sample was examined,revealing that the luminescence intensity of Sr_(3)AlO_(4)F∶Eu^(3+),Dr^(3+)at 150℃remained at 72.71%of that at 30℃.The new type of red phosphor Sr_(3)AlO_(4)F∶Eu^(3+),Dr^(3+),Na^(+)is beneficial for improving the color rendering index of white light emitting diodes.
