摘 要:针对高铝锌铝镁钢板生产中淬水槽的结垢问题,采用SEM、XRD和ICP-MS等分析手段对高铝锌铝镁镀层中的结垢进行了详细表征。通过正交试验设计,研究了钢板温度、水体温度和水体pH值3个变量对高铝锌铝镁镀层中各元素溶解性的影响。研究结果显示:结垢主要由Al(OH)_(3)组成,而离子析出对水体pH值的变化极为敏感。调节淬水液的pH值,可有效降低Al离子的析出,从而减少结垢,为控制和优化高铝锌铝镁镀层生产过程中的结垢提供有意义的参考价值。To investigate the scaling issue in the quenching tank during the production of high aluminum Zn-Al-Mg steel plates,SEM,XRD,and ICP-MS were employed to characterize the scale formation on high aluminum Zn-Al-Mg coatings in detail.An orthogonal experimental design was used to examine the effects of three variables—steel plate temperature,water temperature,and water pH value—on the solubility of various elements in the high aluminum Zn-Al-Mg coatings.The results indicate that the scaling primarily consists of Al(OH)_(3),and ion precipitation is highly sensitive to changes in the water pH value.By adjusting the pH value of the quenching fluid,it was possible to significantly reduce the precipitation of Al ions,thereby decreasing scaling.Furthermore,this study investigated the inhibitory effects of various pH value buffers on scaling.These findings offer valuable strategies for controlling and optimizing the scaling issue in the production process.
