摘 要:针对耐酸钢09CrCuSb的高频感应焊焊缝,采用均匀腐蚀全浸试验对其硫酸腐蚀行为进行了研究,利用金相显微镜、扫描电镜等手段揭示其腐蚀行为,并对焊缝的耐沟槽腐蚀性能进行评价。结果表明:耐酸钢09CrCuSb对沟槽腐蚀不敏感,有优异的耐硫酸腐蚀性能;Cu、Cr、Sb等耐腐蚀元素的加入,在耐酸钢表面形成一层致密的不溶于硫酸的富含Cu、Cr、Sb等元素的钝化膜,有利于提高其耐蚀性能,增强耐酸钢的耐硫酸腐蚀性能。A uniform corrosion full immersion test was conducted to study the sulfuric acid corrosion behavior of the high-frequency induction welding seam of the acid-resistant steel 09CrCuSb.The corrosion behavior was revealed using metallographic microscopy,scanning electron microscopy,and other research means.The groove corrosion resistance performance of the weld seam was evaluated.The results show that acid-resistant steel 09CrCuSb is not sensitive to groove corrosion and has excellent resistance to sulfuric acid corrosion.Corrosion-resistant elements such as Cu,Cr,and Sb contribute to the formation of a dense passive film on the surface of acid-resistant steel that is insoluble in sulfuric acid.This passivation film is beneficial for enhancing the sulfuric acid corrosion resistance of acid-resistant steel.
