高导热硅砖在焦炉中的应用效能分析

摘  要:分析高导热硅砖和普通硅砖的性能,对使用高导热硅砖焦炉相关指标进行了对比解析,结果表明:高导热硅砖在提高热导率后,其他性能指标与传统焦炉硅砖一致。焦炉炭化室墙面厚度每减薄10 mm,普通硅砖和高导热硅砖炭化室墙砖表面温度将分别升高33 K和28 K。同等条件下,高导热硅砖将使燃烧室直行温度降低;在同样炉型同样装煤水分和较高单孔装煤量条件下,高导热硅砖焦炉炼焦煤炭化时间要少于普通硅砖焦炉。高导热硅砖焦炉因煤料水分蒸发时间少,煤料升温速度快,煤料传热温度梯度高,散热损失低,整个炼焦过程的工序能耗要低于普通硅砖焦炉。在有煤调湿的条件下普通硅砖焦炉工序能耗要低于高导热硅砖焦炉,高导热硅砖的使用可以降低烟气中氮氧化物含量,利于环保。The analysis of performance of high thermal conductivity silica bricks and ordinary silica bricks were conducted,the technical indicators of coke oven using high thermal conductivity silica bricks were analyzed through comparative method.The results show that after improving the thermal conductivity,the high thermal conductivity silica bricks have the same performance indicators as the traditional coke oven silica bricks.For every 10 mm reduction in the wall thickness of the coking chamber,the surface temperature of the ordinary silica brick and high thermal conductivity silica brick coking chamber walls will increase by 33 K and 28 K,respectively.Under the same conditions,high thermal conductivity silica bricks would reduce the straight travel temperature of combustion chamber.Under the conditions of the same coke oven type,the same coal loading moisture and higher single hole coal loading capacity,the carbonization time of high thermal conductivity silica brick coke oven was shorter than that of ordinary silica brick coke oven.The energy consumption of the entire coking process for a high thermal conductivity silica brick coke oven was found to be lower than that of an ordinary silica brick coke oven.This result can be attributed to several factors,including the short evaporation time of coal moisture,the rapid heating speed of coal material,the high temperature gradient of coal material heat transfer,and the low heat dissipation loss.Under the condition of coal moisture control,the energy consumption of ordinary silica brick coke oven was lower than high thermal conductivity silica brick coke oven.The use of high thermal conductivity silica bricks can reduce the content of nitrogen oxides in flue gas,which is beneficial to environmental protection.
