摘 要:中心加焦和平台加漏斗是高炉布料过程中常用的两种布料模式。采用离散元(DEM)法,根据高炉炉顶布料系统料罐、中央喉管、溜槽等关键设备建立高炉布料模型,通过模拟分批次加入焦炭和矿石的过程,对不同布料模式下多批次炉料对布料结果的影响进行研究。研究发现不同布料模式对料面形状、炉料分布、矿焦质量比的影响较为显著。①料面形状:布2批料时,中心加焦模式下的焦炭层厚度大于平台加漏斗模式;布4批料时,平台加漏斗模式的中心区域出现较陡的焦炭堆;布8批料时,中心区域形成无矿区域,平台加漏斗的边缘矿石层较为平坦。②炉料分布:布4批料时,中心加焦模式下边缘焦炭粒径最大,最大值为41.26 mm;平台加漏斗模式下中心焦炭粒径最大,最大值为44.89 mm;矿石粒径分布呈“先平缓后增加”趋势,最大值分别为23.36 mm和24.49 mm。中心加焦模式下中间区域大粒径焦炭占比最高,平台加漏斗模式下炉喉中心大粒径焦炭占比最高,而大粒径矿石两种模式下均在边缘占比最高。③矿焦质量比:布2批料时中间区域矿焦质量比最大,而布4批料时,中心区域中心加焦的矿焦质量比大,边缘区域平台加漏斗的矿焦质量比大。Central coke charging and platform plus funnel charging are two common burden distribution in a blast furnace.By simulating the process of adding coke and ore in batches with discrete element method(DEM),the influence of multiple batches of charge on the result of different distribution modes was studied.The research reveals that the different charge distribution modes significantly influence three factors:the burden surface profile,the burden distribution,and the mass ratio of the ore to coke.①The burden surface profile:when 2 batches were charged,the thickness of the coke layer in the central addition of coke mode was greater than that in the platform plus funnel mode;when 4 batches were charged,a steep coke pile appeared in the center area of the platform plus funnel mode;when 8 batches were charged,an ore-free area was formed in the central area,and the ore layer in the platform plus funnel mode was relatively flat.②Burden distribution:when 4 batches were charged,the edge coke particle size was the largest in the central addition of coke mode,and the maximum value was 41.26 mm;in the platform plus funnel mode,the central coke particle size was the largest,and the maximum value was 44.89 mm;the ore showed a trend of“flattening first and then increasing”,and the maximum values were 23.36 mm and 24.49 mm,respectively.The proportion of large-size coke in the middle area was the highest in the central addition of coke mode,the proportion of large-size coke in the center of the furnace throat was the highest in the platform plus funnel mode,and the proportion of large-size ore was the highest at the edge.③Mass ratio of ore to coke:when 2 batches were charged,the mass ratio of ore to coke in the middle area was the largest.In comparison,when 4 batches were charged,the mass ratio of ore to coke in the center area was larger in the central addition of coke mode,and the mass ratio of ore to coke in the edge area was larger in the platform plus funnel mode.
