摘 要:热连轧加热炉采用冷热分装的装炉方式可以显著降低加热炉的能耗,节约能源,但在加热炉装炉顺序编排过程中,由于不同板坯在炉时间差异、轧机轧制节奏变化和冷热分装等多方面因素的影响,无法通过人工手动方法编排加热炉的装炉顺序。针对该问题,设计一种多加热炉冷热分装装炉顺序优化模型。该模型可实现加热炉装炉顺序的自动编排,并且能够根据生产节奏进行动态优化,与传统混装方式相比,能显著降低能耗。The heating furnace of the continuous hot-rolling production line adopts a cold and hot slab separate charging method,which can significantly reduce the energy consumption and save energy.However,in the process of arranging the cold and hot slabs charging scheduling,due to the influence of factors such as the time difference in the furnace of different slabs,the rhythm change of the rolling mill,and the requirement of cold and hot slabs charging,it is impossible to arrange the furnace charging scheduling by manual method.To address this issue,an optimization model of cold and hot slabs charging scheduling for multiple heating furnaces was designed.The model realizes the automatic arrangement of slab charging scheduling and can be dynamically optimized according to the mill pacing.
