摘　　要：介绍梅钢烧结分厂在降低点火煤气消耗方面的具体措施:推进低水厚料层烧结、改造煤气管道排污装置、微负压点火作业、优化布料效果及严控点火温度等。2024年前10个月,4号烧结机煤气消耗为2.258 m^(3)/t,较2023年同期下降18.4%,取得了良好的效果。经济方面,按照焦炉煤气1.35元/m^(3)、4号烧结机全年生产460万t烧结矿计算,该项目每年降低烧结矿成本316.71万元。Based on the actual production of sintering plant in Meigang,the specific measures taken by Meigang No.4 sintering plant to reduce the consumption of ignition gas were introduced in detail:promoting the sintering of low-water and thick material layers,retrofitting the gas pipeline sewage device,promoting micro-negative pressure ignition operation,optimizing the effect of material distribution,and strictly controlling the ignition temperature.In the first 10 months of 2024,the gas consumption of the No.4 sintering machine was 2.258 m^(3)/t,with a decrease of 18.4%compared to the same period in 2023,achieving good results.Economically,according to the calculation of coke oven gas at 1.35 yuan/m^(3)and the annual production of 4.6 Mt of sintered ore by No.4 sintering machine,this project reduces the sintering cost by 3.1671 million yuan per year.
