摘  要:梅钢炼钢厂2021年为了改善包晶钢、中碳钢板坯角部质量,开发出倒角结晶器技术,使用初期出现板坯宽面近角部凹陷。通过生产实践,设计合理的倒角结构,开发对应的连铸工艺,实现倒角结晶器稳定生产时的最大拉速为1.5 m/min,结晶器通钢量在10万t以上,板坯角部裂纹缺陷指数小于0.4。In 2021,steel-making plant of Meigang developed chamfering crystallizer technology to improve the quality of the corners in peritectic steel and medium carbon steel slabs.In the early stage of use,there was an issue with concave corners near the wide surface of the slab.Through production practice,an optimal chamfering structure was designed,corresponding continuous casting processes were developed,and stable production of the chamfering crystallizer was achieved.The maximum casting speed of the chamfering crystallizer slab was 1.5 m/min,with a crystallizer throughput of over 100000 t,and the crack defect index at the corners of the slabs was less than 0.4.
