摘  要:建立了水中9种磺酰脲类除草剂的直接进样—高效液相色谱—串联质谱分析方法。水样经0.22μm滤膜过滤,在高效液相色谱—三重四级杆质谱仪多反应监测模式下测定,外标法定量。9种目标物质量浓度在0.5~50μg/L范围内线性良好,相关系数(r)均大于0.995。方法检出限为0.03~0.07μg/L,测定下限为0.12~0.28μg/L,加标回收率为70%~106%,相对标准偏差为0.5%~8.0%。与现行标准《水质磺酰脲类农药的测定高效液相色谱法》(HJ 1018—2019)相比,该方法前处理简单,分析时间短,可达到标准方法中液液萃取/固相萃取法的检出限水平,精密度较好,对于基质复杂的水样有良好的适应性,可用于水中磺酰脲类除草剂的测定。A direct injection-high performance liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry(HPLC-MS/MS)method was developed for the analysis of nine sulfonylurea herbicides in water.The water samples were filtered by 0.22μm filter membrane,and then analyzed by HPLC-triple quadrupole mass spectrometry in multiple reaction monitoring(MRM)mode with external standard method for quantification.The linearity of the nine targets was good in the mass concentration range of 0.5-50μg/L with the correlation coefficients(r)greater than 0.995.The limits of detection(LODs)for the nine targets were in the range of 0.03-0.07μg/L.The limits of detection for the nine targets were in the range of 0.12-0.28μg/L with the recoveries of 70%-106%and relative standard deviations of 0.5%-8.0%.Compared with the current standard“Water quality-Determination of sulfonylurea pesticides-High performance liquid chromatography”(HJ 1018—2019),this method is simple in pretreatment,short in analytical time,can reach the level of detection limit of liquid-liquid extraction/solid-phase extraction in the standard method,with good precision,and has good adaptability to the water samples with complex matrix,and can be used for the determination of sulfonylurea herbicides in water.
