摘 要:糖尿病前期是糖尿病发展的重要阶段,其特点是胰岛素抵抗和代谢紊乱,近年来研究发现肠道菌群的失衡与此密切相关。黄连素作为一种具有潜力的生物活性成分,显示出调节肠道菌群和改善代谢紊乱的作用,因而引起广泛关注。同时,色氨酸代谢在糖尿病的发生和发展中也扮演着重要角色。本文旨在全面探讨黄连素在糖尿病前期患者中的应用,重点分析其对肠道菌群和色氨酸代谢的影响,以期为临床实践提供理论依据和新的治疗思路。通过对现有文献的综合分析,阐述黄连素在调节肠道菌群平衡、改善代谢异常及其潜在的临床应用价值,为糖尿病前期的预防和治疗提供新的视角。Prediabetes is a critical stage in the development of diabetes,characterized by insulin resistance and metabolic disorders.Recent studies have found that the imbalance of gut microbiota is closely related to this condition.Berberine,as a potential bioactive component,has shown effects in regulating gut microbiota and improving metabolic disorders,thus attracting widespread attention.At the same time,tryptophan metabolism also plays an important role in the occurrence and development of diabetes.This article aims to comprehensively explore the application of berberine in patients with prediabetes,focusing on its impact on gut microbiota and tryptophan metabolism,in order to provide theoretical basis and new treatment ideas for clinical practice.Through a comprehensive analysis of existing literature,we will elucidate the value of berberine in regulating gut microbiota balance,improving metabolic abnormalities,and its potential clinical application value,providing new perspectives for the prevention and treatment of prediabetes.
