乡村旅游发展对乡村振兴的影响效应——基于新内源性发展理论的实证检验

摘　　要：从党的十九大“实施乡村振兴战略”的任务部署到党的二十大“全面推进乡村振兴”的战略深入,乡村旅游发展在增强我国农村内生发展动力、支撑新时代乡村全面振兴中的作用持续深化。本文以新内源性发展理论为核心、以多元理论互构为原则构建乡村旅游发展影响乡村振兴的多层次理论解释框架,基于2010—2020年省级面板数据,运用中介效应模型、门槛模型及空间杜宾模型实证分析了乡村旅游发展对乡村振兴的影响效应。结果表明:中国乡村旅游发展显著促进了乡村振兴,这一结论在进行稳健性检验后仍然成立,促进劳动力结构非农化、推动新型城镇化建设是乡村旅游发展释放乡村振兴红利的重要机制;乡村旅游发展对乡村振兴的影响呈现复杂的非线性关系,存在双重门槛效应和现阶段乡村旅游发展的适度区间;乡村旅游发展对乡村振兴的影响具有显著的空间效应且存在异质性,区域上空间效应表现为直接效应由“西部向东部和中部递减”、溢出效应由“中部向西部和东部递减”的包容性、协调性发展,维度上表现为直接效应以“生活富裕”为核心、溢出效应以“产业兴旺”为焦点的内源性、综合性发展。From the task deployment of implementing the rural revitalization strategy at the 19th National Congress of the Communist Party of China to the deepening of the strategy of comprehensively promoting rural revitalization at the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,the role of rural tourism development in enhancing the endogenous development momentum of rural areas in China and supporting the comprehensive revitalization of rural areas in the new era continues to deepen.Based on the provincial panel data from 2010 to 2020,this paper empirically analyzes the impact of rural tourism development on rural revitalization by using the mesomeric effect model,threshold model and spatial Durbin model.The results show that the development of rural tourism in China has significantly promoted rural revitalization,which is still true after the robustness test.Promoting the non-agricultural labor structure and promoting the construction of new urbanization are important mechanisms for rural tourism development to release the dividend of rural revitalization.The impact of rural tourism development on rural revitalization presents a complex nonlinear relationship,with a dual threshold effect and a moderate range of current rural tourism development.The impact of rural tourism development on rural revitalization has significant spatial effects and heterogeneity:the spatial effects in the region are manifested as inclusive and coordinated development with direct effects decreasing from the west to the east and the central region,and spillover effects decreasing from the central region to the west and the eastern region;In terms of dimensions,it manifests as an endogenous and comprehensive development with a direct effect centered on“life prosperity”and a spillover effect centered on“industrial prosperity”.
