乡村产业振兴与农民职业化耦合协调发展水平研究——以甘肃省为例

摘　　要：乡村产业振兴的关键在人才,特别是扎根乡村的广大职业农民。因此,农民职业化成为破解乡村产业振兴人才困境的根本途径。基于甘肃省2012—2020年时间序列数据,构建耦合协调度模型,实证分析了甘肃省“乡村产业振兴—农民职业化”系统的耦合协调发展水平。结果表明,乡村产业振兴与农民职业化的综合发展水平都呈逐年上升趋势,体现为乡村产业振兴主导型的发展类型;乡村产业振兴与农民职业化的耦合度处于拮抗阶段下的逐渐增强趋势,耦合协调度处于上升趋势下的轻度失调状态,依次经历了严重失调、中度失调、轻度失调和濒临失调四个状态,并从提升两系统的发展水平、农民的全职务农程度等方面提出了政策启示。The key to rural industry revitalization lies in talents,especially professional farmers who are rooted in the countryside.Therefore,farmer professionalization has become a fundamental way of solving the talent dilemma of rural industry revitalization.Based on the time series data of Gansu Province from 2012 to 2020,the article tries to construct a coupling coordination degree model to empirically analyze the coupling and coordinated development level of the system of"rural industry revitalization--farmer professionalization"in Gansu Province.The findings show that the comprehensive development level of rural industry revitalization and farmer professionalization is on the rise year by year,which is the leading type of rural industry revitalization,and that the coupling degree between rural industry revitalization and farmer professionalization is gradually strengthened at an antagonistic stage,and the coupling coordination degree is slightly out of balance in an upward trend,,experiencing in turn the four states of severe,moderate,mild and imminent maladjustment.In addition,the article proposes policy implications from the perspectives of enhancing the development levels of the two systems,and farmers’full-time farming degree,etc.
