摘 要:为探究不同浓度的SA浸种在干旱胁迫下对大颖草种子萌发的影响。以大颖草种子为研究对象,采用PEG-6000模拟干旱胁迫,设置5%、10%、15%、20%4个梯度并以蒸馏水为对照;采用SA作为浸种溶液,设置0.25 mmol、0.5 mmol、0.75 mmol、1 mmol 4个梯度并以蒸馏水为对照。测定发芽指标,分析差异性,综合分析抗旱性。结果显示,在PEG-6000胁迫和SA浸种预处理下大颖草种子萌发均呈现先上升后下降的趋势,低浓度的PEG-6000胁迫和SA浸种均可以促进大颖草种子萌发。本研究中通过抗旱性综合评价得出在SA浸种浓度为0.5 mmol时D值最大,抗旱性最强,所以在SA浸种溶液浓度为0.5 mmol时可以有效促进大颖草的生长缓解(10%PEG-6000)和(15%、20%PEG-6000)大颖草种子萌发的抑制作用。在本试研究中一定程度的SA浸种可以有效缓解干旱胁迫,增强了大颖草的抗旱性。该研究可为青海干旱地区牧草生产、种植提供参考。In order to explore the effects of different concentrations of SA soaking pretreatment on seed germination under drought stress.The seeds of Roegneria grandiglumis were used as the research object,and PEG-6000 was used to simulate drought stress.Four gradients of 5%,10%,15%and 20%were set and distilled water was used as the control.SA was used as the soaking solution,and four gradients of 0.25 mmol,0.5 mmol,0.75 mmol and 1 mmol were set,and distilled water was used as the control.The germination index was determined,the difference was analyzed,and the drought resistance was comprehensively analyzed.The results showed that under PEG-6000 stress and SA soaking pretreatment,the germination of Roegneria grandiglumis seeds increased first and then decreased.Low concentration of PEG-6000 stress and SA soaking could promote the germination of Roegneria grandiglumis.In this study,the comprehensive evaluation of drought resistance showed that the D value was the largest and the drought resistance was the strongest when the concentration of SA soaking solution was 0.5 mmol.Therefore,when the concentration of SA soaking solution was 0.5 mmol,it could effectively promote the growth remission of Roegneria grandiglumis(10%PEG-6000)and(15%,20%PEG-6000).In this study,a certain degree of SA soaking pretreatment can effectively alleviate drought stress and enhance the drought resistance of grass.This study can provide reference for forage production and planting in arid areas of Qinghai.
