摘 要:为探讨豆科绿肥还田条件下缓释肥配施生物炭、腐殖酸、沸石对土壤理化性质和酶活性的影响,本试验共设置8个处理。结果表明:与常规施肥相比,一次性施入缓释肥对土壤中硝铵态氮和微生物量氮含量均有提高,SRF70+FA铵态氮含量提高1.53 mg/kg,硝态氮含量提高9.69 mg/kg,微生物量氮提高2.49 mg/kg;SRF70+FA处理β-葡萄糖苷酶活性较CF70提高10.38%,CF70+FA纤维素水解酶活性提高30.27%,CF70+FA木糖苷酶活性提高11.49%,SRF70+B处理脲酶活性提高23.57%,CF70+Z蔗糖酶活性提高11.63%;缓释肥显著提高小麦的千粒重,SRF70+B处理小麦增产4.3%。To explore the effects of biochar,humic acid,and zeolite on soil physicochemical properties and enzyme activities under the condition of returning legume green manure to the field,this experiment set up 8 treatments.The results showed that compared with conventional fertilization,the one-time application of slow-release fertilizer increased the content of ammonium nitrogen and microbial biomass nitrogen in soil,with the SRF70+FA ammonium nitrogen content increasing by 1.53 mg/kg,the nitrate nitrogen content increasing by 9.69 mg/kg,and the microbial biomass nitrogen increasing by 2.49 mg/kg;The activity ofβ-glucosidase was increased by 10.38%by SRF70+FA treatment,the activity of CF70+FA cellulose hydrolase was increased by 30.27%,the activity of CF70+FA xylosidase was increased by 11.49%,the activity of SRF70+B urease was increased by 23.57%,and the activity of CF70+Z invertase was increased by 11.63%.Slow-release fertilizer can significantly increase the 1000-grain weight of wheat,and the SRF70+B treatment increases wheat yield by 4.3%.
