摘  要:为筛选叶用莴苣在青海不同地区综合性状好的品种(系),以青海省农林科学院引进的7份叶用莴苣品种为材料,对其质量性状及数量性状进行测定,通过遗传多样性分析、主成分分析和聚类分析对其性状进行分析及综合评价,筛选出优质品种。结果表明,供试品种遗传多样性指数均大于1,叶用莴苣LE-08、435品种在湟中试验点综合性状较好,LE-08、536700品种在互助试验点综合性状较好,435、LE-08品种在格尔木试验点综合性状较好,其中LE-08品种在湟中、互助以及在格尔木试验点综合性状均较高,该品种适应性强,可多地进行种植。其研究结果为青海不同地区选育适合的叶用莴苣品种、为发展地区特色叶用莴苣种质提供理论依据。In order to screen the varieties(lines)of leaf lettuce in different regions,seven varieties of leaf lettuce introduced by Qinghai Academy of Agriculture and Forestry Sciences were used as materials to determine their quantitative traits.and the varieties were analyzed and comprehensively evaluated through genetic diversity analysis,principal component analysis and cluster analysis,and high-quality varieties were screened out.The results showed that the genetic diversity index of the tested varieties was greater than 1,and the comprehensive traits of LE-08 and 435 varieties were better in Huangzhong District,LE-08 and 536700 cultivars were better in Tu Autonomous County of Huzhu test site,and 435 and LE-08 cultivars were better in the Golmud experimental site.The comprehensive characters of LE-08 were higher in Huangzhong and Huzhu and Golmud test site.The variety had strong adaptability and could be planted in many areas.The results of this study provide theoretical basis for breeding suitable leaf lettuce varieties in different areas of Qinghai Province and developing regional characteristic leaf lettuce germplasm.
