摘 要:为探讨地膜覆盖及海藻刺激物对甘薯产品及质量的影响,通过田间实验,研究不同地膜覆盖及海藻刺激物对甘薯农艺性状、产量及采收品质的影响。结果表明:施加海藻刺激物并覆黑色地膜明显提高甘薯主蔓的生长,为118cm,增长率为68.09%,利于枝数的生长,为7.87个,增长率为38.07%。覆白色地膜利于Zn含量的积累,为6.88 mg/100 g,覆盖黑色地膜可以明显提高鲜薯的蛋白质、淀粉、VC、还原糖等采收品质,其含量分别为3.60 mg/100 g、15.10 mg/100 g、14.63 mg/100 g和1.09 mg/100 g。In order to explore the effects of mulching and seaweed stimulants on sweetpotato products and quality,field experiments were conducted to study the effects of different mulching and seaweed stimulants on sweetpotato agronomic traits,yield and harvest quality.The results showed that the application of seaweed stimulant and black mulch cover significantly improved the growth of sweetpotato main vine,which was 118 c m,with a growth rate of 68.09%,and favoured the growth of the number of branches,which was 7.87,with a growth rate of 38.07%.White mulch favoured the accumulation of Zn content of 6.88 mg/100 g.Covering with black mulch could significantly improved the harvest quality of fresh potatoes in terms of protein,starch,VC,reducing sugar,etc.,with the contents of 3.60 mg/100 g,15.10 mg/100 g,14.63 mg/100 g,and 1.09 mg/100 g.
