基于强度理论的新窑煤矿巷旁煤柱稳定性分析及留设宽度研究

摘  要:随着矿井开采水平逐渐加深和煤炭需求量的增大,为了促进煤矿的安全、高效开采,资源节约和降本增效,针对巷旁煤柱合理留设尺寸的研究显得尤为重要。因此,以新窑煤矿4^(-3)煤层24312工作面为研究对象,为解决新窑煤矿巷旁煤柱留设宽度依据不足的问题,基于极限强度理论,运用数值模拟、物理相似模拟等方法,对巷旁煤柱上覆弧形三角块的稳定性以及其合理宽度进行计算。研究结果表明,24312工作面煤柱上覆弧形三角块在受到3次扰动的情况下仍然可以保持稳定状态,通过回转变形失稳判别式得到其并未产生失稳,其状态仍然保持稳定,在此情况下对巷旁煤柱的合理宽度进行分析,并得到由25 m优化至20 m过程中整体保持稳定,由15 m继续优化时,煤柱开始产生裂隙,且发生横向位移,当煤柱尺寸为10 m时,煤柱上方覆岩产生裂隙,存在失稳危险。根据相似模拟实验与数值模拟分析所得,当宽度为15 m时,煤柱整体保持在稳定状态,此时满足矿井安全生产需求。With the gradual deepening of mine mining level and the increase of coal demand,in order to promote the safe and efficient mining of coal mines,resource conservation and cost reduction,it is particularly important to study the reasonable size of roadside coal pillars.We take the 24312 working face of 4^(-3)coal seam in Xinyao Coal Mine as the research object.In order to solve the problem of insufficient width of the coal pillar beside the roadway in the mine,based on the ultimate strength theory,numerical simulation,physical similarity simulation and other methods,the stability of the arc triangular block overlying the coal pillar beside the roadway and its reasonable width are calculated.The results show:the arc triangle block on the coal pillar of 24312 working face can still maintain a stable state under the conditions of three disturbances.Through the discriminant of rotary deformation instability,it is found that it does not produce instability,and its state still remains stable.In this case,the reasonable width of the coal pillar beside the roadway is analyzed,and the overall stability is obtained from 25 m to 20 m.When the optimization is continued from 15 m,the coal pillar begins to produce cracks and lateral displacement occurs.When the size of the coal pillar is 10 m,the overlying strata above the coal pillar produce cracks and there is a risk of instability.According to the similar simulation experiment and numerical simulation analysis,when the width is 15 m,the coal pillar is in a stable state as a whole,which meets the needs of mine safety production.
