摘 要:高硫煤是我国煤炭资源的重要组成部分,煤炭物理分选是燃前脱硫的重要手段,随着煤炭深加工工艺的发展,高硫粗煤泥的物理洗选降硫对整体煤质的影响越来越重要。基于此,选取一高硫粗煤泥为研究对象,采用筛分、浮沉分析方法研究了该高硫粗煤泥以及经螺旋分选机分选得到的精煤、中煤和矸石产品的硫分含量与分布特性。结果表明,螺旋分选机是高硫粗煤泥脱灰降硫的有效分选设备,硫分6.05%的原料煤经过螺旋分选后,可得到硫分为1.06%的精煤产品。随着粒度级的减小,原料煤全硫含量呈现先增大后减小趋势,主要赋存于0.5~0.25 mm粒级,分布率达到26.43%;且全硫含量与密度级关系密切,低密度级物料硫分含量低、高密度级物料硫分含量高。精煤、中煤产品硫分随粒度级的减小呈先降低后增加趋势,矸石产品各粒级硫分均较高。分选产品全硫含量均随密度级的增加均呈不断增大趋势,且在>2.0 g/cm^(3)密度时急剧增加,说明原煤中的硫分解离较充分,大部分赋存于高密度级物料中。High sulfur coal is an important component of China’s coal resources,and physical separation of coal is an important means of pre combustion desulfurization.With the development of coal deep processing technology,the physical separation and sulfur reduction of high sulfur coarse coal slurry have an increasingly important impact on the overall coal quality.A high sulfur coarse slime was selected as the research object,and the sulfur content and distribution characteristics of the high sulfur coarse slime,as well as the cleaned coal,middling coal and gangue products separated by the spiral separator were studied by using size,float and sink analysis methods.The results show that the spiral separation machine is an effective equipment for removing ash and sulfur from high sulfur coarse coal slurry.After the spiral separation of raw coal with a sulfur content of 6.05%,a clean coal product with a sulfur content of 1.06%can be obtained.As the particle size decreases,the total sulfur content of raw coal shows a trend of first increasing and then decreasing,mainly occurring in the particle size range of 0.5~0.25 mm,with a distribution rate of 26.43%;The total sulfur content is closely related to the density level,with low sulfur content in low-density materials and high sulfur content in high-density materials.The sulfur content of clean coal and middling coal products decreases first and then increases with the decrease of particle size,and the sulfur content of gangue products in each particle size is higher.The total sulfur content of the sorted products shows a continuous increasing trend with the increase of density level,and sharply increases at a density of>2.0 g/cm^(3),indicating that the sulfur decomposition in the raw coal is relatively sufficient,and most of it is stored in high-density materials.
