摘 要:针对屯兰矿8号煤层瓦斯含量高、低渗透性、瓦斯抽采效果差等难题,采用数值模拟和现场试验的方法,建立了水力造穴卸压增透瓦斯抽采数值计算模型,量化分析了内部因素和外部因素对水力造穴煤层卸压增透的影响规律。研究表明,内部因素中煤层瓦斯原始压力越大,水力冲孔的卸压效果越明显,而煤层原始渗透率越大,水力冲孔的卸压增透效果越好;外部因素中钻孔间距越小,水力冲孔的卸压增透效果越好,而钻孔直径对水力冲孔的卸压增透效果存在一个最优值。将水力造穴卸压增透瓦斯抽采技术进行了现场试验,根据钻孔窥视和瓦斯抽采流量监测结果,水力造穴情况和瓦斯抽采效果良好。In view of the problems of high gas content,low permeability and poor gas extraction effect in the 8#coal seam of Tunlan mine,a numerical calculation model of hydraulic cave-making,pressure relief and permeability-increasing for gas extraction was established by using numerical simulation and field test methods,and the influence of internal and external factors on pressure relief and permeability-increasing of hydraulic cave making coal seam was analyzed quantitatively.The research showed that the greater the original pressure of coal seam gas in internal factors,the more obvious the pressure relief effect of hydraulic punching,and the greater the original permeability of coal seam,the better the pressure relief and permeability increasing effect of hydraulic punching;The smaller the spacing between boreholes in external factors,the better the pressure relief and permeability enhancement effect of hydraulic punching,while the diameter of boreholes has an optimal value for the pressure relief and permeability enhancement effect of hydraulic punching;On-site experiments were conducted on the technology of hydraulic cave-making pressure relief and permeability-enhancing gas extraction.Based on the results of borehole observation and gas extraction flow monitoring,the hydraulic cave-making and gas extraction effect were good.
