彬长矿区近距离煤层上行开采可行性研究

摘  要:为了分析彬长矿区近距离煤层在4号煤层局部采动影响下,4上煤层开采的可行性。通过对大佛寺煤矿4号煤层开采的垮落带高度与4号煤层距4上煤层的间距进行理论分析比较,并且利用3DEC数值模拟进行辅助验证。结果证明,4号煤层局部回采后垮落带高度最大为18.71 m,最小为13.36 m,垮落带顶部至4上煤层最小距离为6.25 m,最大为20.29 m;数值模拟证明在对4号煤层进行局部回采后,4上煤层底板位移在工作面中部区域位移最大,且伴随着煤柱宽度的增大位移量逐渐减小,4号煤层回采后4上煤层能够保持较好的连续性。为彬长矿区今后煤层的上行开采具有指导意义,在高效与安全的同时提高煤炭开采效率,最大程度减小煤炭资源的损失与浪费。In order to analyze the feasibility of mining the 4 upper coal seam under the local mining influence of the 4#coal seam in Dafosi Coal Mine,we theoretically analyze and compare the caving zone height of the 4#coal seam mining with the spacing between the 4#coal seam and the 4 upper coal seam.3DEC numerical simulation is used for auxiliary verification.The results show that after the local mining of the 4#coal seam,the maximum caving zone height is 18.71 m,and the minimum is 13.36 m.The minimum distance from the top of the caving zone to the 4 upper coal seam is 6.25 m,and the maximum is 20.29 m.Numerical simulation proves that after the local mining of the 4#coal seam,the 4 upper coal seam experiences the most significant displacement at the floor in the central region of the working face,which diminishes progressively as the width of the coal pillar increases.Following the mining of the 4#coal seam,the 4 upper coal seam can maintain better continuity.Our study is of guiding significance for the future upward mining of coal seams at Dafosi Coal Mine,improving coal mining efficiency while ensuring safety,and minimizing the loss and waste of coal resources.
