摘 要:针对栖凤煤业工作面区段煤柱留设尺寸较大、巷道变形加剧、围岩控制困难等问题,结合51503工作面的实际开采条件,采用理论分析与数值模拟相结合的研究手段,将51501工作面与51503工作面之间的煤柱尺寸确定为8m宽。同时,为尽可能控制沿空巷道掘进期间围岩的稳定,提出采用“锚杆(索)金属网+喷浆封闭加固”联合支护方案,并在现场进行了工业性试验。应用结果表明,沿空巷道掘进期间,围岩整体变形量较小,小煤柱的留设宽度处于合理范围内,不但能够满足工作面的生产安全要求,还能提升煤炭的资源回采率。In view of the problems such as large size of coal pillar in the working face section of Qifeng Coal industry,aggravation of roadway deformation,and difficulty of surrounding rock control,this paper combined with the actual mining conditions of 51503 working face,adopted the research method of theoretical analysis and numerical simulation,and determined the coal pillar size between 51501 working face and 51503 working face to be 8m wide.At the same time,in order to control the stability of surrounding rock during the excavation of goaf roadway as much as possible,the combined support scheme of“anchor(cable)metal mesh+shotcrete sealing and reinforcement”is proposed,and the industrial test is carried out on site.The application results show that the whole deformation of surrounding rock is small and the width of small coal pillar is within a reasonable range,which can not only meet the production safety requirements of working face,but also improve the recovery rate of coal resources.
