千业煤矿综放工作面过空巷道围岩控制技术研究

摘  要:基于千业煤矿110101综采面的工程地质条件,采用理论分析及数值模拟相结合的方法,对工作面过空巷时工作面前方围岩应力演化特征展开研究。结果显示,当工作面推进至空巷前方5 m时,工作面前方围岩垂直应力峰值最大,并趋于稳定;而水平方向,高应力更集中于工作面前方下侧区域,煤岩体在高叠加应力作用下将加剧变形。同时分析工作面前方基本顶偏应力第二不变量的分布特征。结果表明,基本顶J_(2)值峰值约在工作面推进至离空巷10~15 m处,此时基本顶畸变能最大,破断趋势最大。为保证工作面过空巷期间的稳定性,提出了“锚杆+网+木点柱”空巷围岩控制方案,并优化过空巷措施,经现场监测显示,该围岩控制方案及措施能保障工作面过空巷的稳定性。Based on the engineering geological conditions of the 110101 fully mechanized mining face of Qianye Coal Mine,the stress evolution characteristics of the surrounding rock in front of the working face when the working face crosses the empty roadway are analyzed by theoretical and numerical analysis methods.The results show that when the working face is advanced to 5 m in front of the empty roadway,the peak vertical stress of the surrounding rock in front of the working face is the largest and tends to be stable,while in the horizontal direction,the high stress is more concentrated in the lower area of the working front,and the deformation of the coal and rock mass will be aggravated under the action of high superimposed stress.At the same time,by analyzing the distribution characteristics of the second invariant of the basic roof deviator stress in front of the working face,the results show that the peak value of J_(2)value of the surface basic roof is about 10~15 m away from the empty roadway at the working face,and the distortion energy of the basic roof is the largest and the breaking trend is the largest.In order to ensure the stability of the working face crossing the empty roadway,the“bolt+net+wood point column”roadway surrounding rock control scheme was proposed,and the crossing empty roadway measures were optimized,and the on-site monitoring showed that the surrounding rock control scheme and measures could ensure the stability of the working face crossing the roadway.
