摘 要:为解决强采动小煤柱沿空巷道围岩变形破坏严重、维护困难的问题,以石港煤矿15210回风巷为研究区,采用双向聚能爆破切顶卸压技术,基于数值模拟和现场工业性试验对强采动小煤柱巷道掘进切顶卸压控制技术关键参数进行了研究,提出了“切顶卸压+锚索联合支护”的协同控制方案。试验结果表明,切顶高度为8 m,切顶角度为15°,煤柱宽度为3 m时,切顶卸压效果最好,研究成果证实了“切顶卸压+锚索联合支护”协同控制方案对强采动小煤柱巷道掘进围岩变形控制具有良好的效果。In order to solve the problem of serious deformation and damage of surrounding rock and difficult maintenance of the roadway along the small pillar of strong mining,the 15210 return air roadway of Shigang Coal Mine is taken as the study area,and the two-way aggregated energy blasting roof cutting and pressure relief technology is adopted,the key parameters of the control technology of roof cutting and pressure relief of the roadway excavation of the small pillar of strong mining are researched based on the numerical simulation and on-site industrial test,and the synergistic control scheme of“roof cutting and pressure relief+anchor cable joint support”is put forward.The test results show that the best effect of roof cutting is achieved when the height of roof cutting is 8 m,the angle of roof cutting is 15°,and the width of coal pillar is 3 m.The results confirm that the synergistic control scheme of“roof cutting and pressure relief+anchor cable joint support”has a good effect on the deformation control of the surrounding rock of the roadway excavation of small coal pillars with strong mining.
