摘 要:山西柳林龙门塔煤业9103综采工作面在回采过程中,其回风顺槽在距工作面40 m范围内发生了严重的底鼓现象,最大底鼓量达480 mm,极大地影响了顺槽内设备的安装运输及回采期间巷道的正常使用。在对巷道底鼓问题进行深入分析后,决定拟通过“起底硬化+钻孔卸压+注浆锚索”的联合治理技术来控制巷道底板的变形程度,从根本上解决巷道底鼓严重的现象。根据现场实际监测结果可以发现,在采用联合治理技术后,9103工作面回风顺槽的最大底鼓量由先前的480 mm降低到了140 mm,下降了70.83%,整体控制效果显著,可确保回采期间巷道的正常使用。During the mining period of Longmenta Coal Industry’s 9103 fully mechanized mining face in Liulin of Shanxi Province,the serious floor heave of return air way occurred within 40 m from the working face,with a maximum floor heave of 480 mm.This significantly impacted the installation and transportation of equipment in the shaft and the normal use of roadway during mining.After conducting a thorough analysis of the roadway floor heave,it was decided to implement joint treatment technology involving“floor hardening+drilling pressure relief+grouting anchor cable”to effectively address the serious phenomenon of roadway floor heave.Based on actual on-site monitoring results,it was observed that after implementing this joint treatment technology,the maximum floor heave in the return air roadway on the 9103 working face decreased from 480 mm to 140 mm,with a reduction of 70.83%.The overall control effect is significant,ensuring the normal use of roadway during mining period.
