龙王沟煤矿61603工作面定向钻水力压裂顶板弱化技术研究

摘  要:针对龙王沟煤矿61603工作面坚硬顶板难以垮落引起底鼓、震顶等强矿压显现的问题,提出了定向钻孔顶板水力压裂弱化顶板的技术措施,通过水力压裂曲线分析、支架阻力、来压步距等多种手段监测对水力压裂弱化顶板进行了效果监测。压裂过程中形成多次大于6 MPa的明显压降,压裂缝向外扩展,在坚硬顶板上形成了裂缝簇;压裂后周期来压步距有明显的降低,从18 m左右降低至12 m左右,降低了33.33%;压裂前平均支架阻力31 MPa,压裂之后平均支架阻力约为20 MPa,降低了35.48%。说明顶板水力压裂弱化顶板可有效降低工作面来压步距和支架阻力,对矿压的治理效果明显。该措施为相似条件工作面坚硬顶板弱化治理提供了可借鉴的方法。In response to the problem of difficult collapse of the hard roof in the 61603 working face of Longwanggou Coal Mine,which causes strong mining pressure such as floor heave and seismic roof,a technical measure of hydraulic fracturing weakening roof through directional drilling is proposed.The effect of hydraulic fracturing weakening roof is monitored through multiple methods such as hydraulic fracturing curve analysis,support resistance,and pressure step distance.During the fracturing process,significant pressure drops exceeding 6 MPa were formed multiple times,causing the fractures to expand outward and forming clusters of fractures on the hard roof.After fracturing,the periodical pressure step distance has significantly decreased from about 18 m to about 12 m,a decrease of 33.33%.The average support resistance before fracturing was 31 MPa,and after fracturing,the average support resistance was about 20 MPa,a decrease of 35.48%.The hydraulic fracturing of the roof can effectively reduce the pressure step distance and support resistance of the working face,and has a significant effect on mine pressure control.
