主动式超前支护技术的研究与应用

摘  要:针对山西某矿工作面传统巷道支护方式存在的上隅角瓦斯积聚、顶板破碎、费时费力等问题,采用理论分析和现场实践相结合的方式,优化了原有主动式超前支护方式。分析了超前主动支护的作用机理,建立了超前支护力学模型,得出巷道超前支护设计方案,采用∅18 mm的螺纹钢锚杆,每排6根,以及∅22 mm的高强度锚索,每排2根。此外,对工作面巷道支护力进行校核,得出回采巷道采用锚索进行补强支护后,超前支护力大于合理支护强度要求,满足工作面开采条件。通过钻孔窥视和矿压观测可以看出,锚索超前支护方式对顶板围岩起到了很好的支护效果,围岩整体稳定且变形可控。In view of the problems of upper corner gas accumulation,roof crushing,time-consuming and labor-intensive in the traditional roadway support mode of a mine working face in Shanxi,the original active advanced support mode was optimized by combining theoretical analysis and field practice.The mechanism of the advanced active support was analyzed,and the mechanical model of the advanced support was established,and the design of the roadway advanced support was obtained,which used 6 rebar anchors with a diameter of∅18 mm and 2 anchors per row with a diameter of∅22 mm.The supporting force of the roadway of the working face is checked,and it is concluded that after the anchor cable is used for reinforcement support in the mining roadway,the advanced support force is greater than the reasonable support strength requirement,and the mining conditions of the working face are met.Through borehole peeping and mine pressure observation,it is concluded that the advanced support method of anchor cable has a good supporting effect on the roof surrounding rock,and the surrounding rock is stable and the deformation is controllable.
