摘 要:以岳南煤矿215101工作面过空巷为研究对象,根据工作面实际地质情况,提出了一种基于泵送支柱工艺的支护技术方案,对工作面过空巷时顶板载荷及泵送支柱的支护密度进行了研究,并对过空巷前后顶板破碎程度及矿压进行了详细分析。实验结果表明,通过理论计算并结合实际情况确定在空巷设置一排支柱,间距为3.5 m;巷道交叉口采用“丛柱式”支护,布置4根支柱;在采面过空巷的过程中,围岩稳定性较好,仅发育少量裂隙,未发生顶板冒落、片帮等事故,围岩支护效果良好。该研究成果为综采工作面过空巷提供了技术支持,具有一定的参考价值。Taking the 215101 working face of Yuenan Mine as the research object,based on the actual geological conditions of the working face,this study proposes a support technology scheme based on pumping pillar technology.The roof load and pumping pillar density of the working face passing through the empty roadway were studied,and the degree of roof fragmentation and mine pressure before and after passing through the empty roadway were analyzed.The experimental results indicate that a row of pillars with a spacing of 3.5 m is determined to be installed in the empty roadway through theoretical calculations and combined with practical situations;The intersection of the roadway adopts“cluster pillar”support with 4 pillars;During the process of the mining face passing through the empty roadway,the stability of the surrounding rock is good,with only a small number of cracks developed,and no accidents such as roof caving and fragmentation have occurred.The support effect of the surrounding rock is good.This research result provides technical support for fully mechanized mining face passing through the empty roadway.
