大采高综采工作面回风隅角CO积聚特征研究

摘  要:CO是煤炭低温氧化产物之一,也是煤矿生产作业环境中威胁工人职业健康的重要因素。以陕西有色榆林煤业有限公司井下30202综采工作面回采过程中出现的CO为研究对象,通过现场观测其回风隅角区域出现的CO浓度,绘制出工作面回风隅角区域CO浓度分布图,并以空气在工作面流动的机械能守恒原理为指导,测定了该区域空气静压能差值,进而分析工作面回风隅角CO积聚原因。结果表明,在回风隅角区域高浓度CO空间分布呈近似“哑铃型”分布,其主要来源于采空区遗煤氧化和安全煤柱煤壁裂隙。为此,提出给采空区注氮以及均压通风的措施来治理工作面回风隅角的CO积聚,研究成果对保证工作面的安全回采具有重要指导意义。CO is one of the low-temperature oxidation products of coal and an important factor threatening the occupational health of workers in the operating environment of coal mine production.Taking the CO in the process of underground 30202 comprehensive mining face of Shaanxi Nonferrous Yulin Coal Industry Co.,Ltd.,as the research object,we observe the CO concentration in the area of the return air corner of the face through the site,draw the distribution map of the CO concentration in the area of the return air corner of the face,and determine the static pressure energy difference of the air in this area with the guidance of the principle of the conservation of mechanical energy of the air flow in the face to analyze the reasons for the CO accumulation in the return air corner of the work face.The results show that the spatial distribution of high CO concentration in the return air corner is similar to the“dumbbell type”distribution,which mainly comes from the oxidation of coal remains in the goaf and the fissure of coal wall in the safety coal pillar.For this reason,nitrogen injection and equalization of pressure ventilation are proposed to control the CO accumulation in the return air corner of the working face.
