摘　　要：通过对矿井通风系统进行科学、智能化的研究,致力于使其具备防灾抗灾减灾的能力。以伊新煤业为背景,围绕建成“系统可靠,设备先进,管理科学,决策智能化”的矿井通风智能管控系统的目标,通过优化巷道系统布置与通风网络,建设布局合理、系统可靠、防灾抗灾能力强的矿井通风系统;推动装备升级,为通风系统可靠性和智能化打好物质基础;提升管理现代化水平,提高管理的科学性;通过采用现代计算机智能算法,实现矿井“一通三防”系统的智能管理、控制与决策。最终形成了一套“一通三防”的智能通风管理平台,实现了数据的采集、分析与共享,满足了各个系统在平台上的集成信息的需求,满足了智能化管理、控制与决策的需求。Through the scientific and intelligent research on the mine ventilation system,coal mine has the ability of disaster prevention and mitigation.Based on the background of Yixin Coal Mine,focusing on the goal of building a reliable mine ventilation intelligent control system with reliable system,advanced equipment,scientific management and intelligent decision-making,by optimizing the layout of roadway system and ventilation network,a mine ventilation system with reasonable layout,reliable system and strong disaster prevention and resilience is constructed.Through equipment upgrading,it lays a good material foundation for the reliability and intelligence of ventilation system.By boosting the level of management modernization,improve the scientific nature of management;through the use of modern computer intelligent algorithms,the intelligent management and the control and decision-making of the mine one ventilation and three prevention system are realized.Finally,a set of intelligent ventilation management platform of“ventilation and three prevention”is formed,which realizes the collection,analysis and sharing of data,meets the needs of integrated information of each system on the platform,and satisfy the needs of intelligent management,control and decision-making.
