煤峪口矿绞车钢丝绳快速更换技术的应用研究

摘  要:煤峪口矿井下无极绳绞车使用频繁、工作强度大,极易造成钢丝绳的疲劳断裂,因此在使用5~7个月的时候就需要进行更换。优化前主要是通过无极绳梭车带动新的钢丝绳运行,实现钢丝绳的更换。但该方案操作复杂、劳动强度大,无法满足快速更换的需求。在经过不断的摸索和分析后,提出了将新钢丝绳和旧钢丝绳进行插接,利用旧绳来带动新绳的快速更换技术。根据在煤峪口矿的实际应用表明,新的快速更换方案与传统方法相比能够将更换时间降低44.4%,同时将作业人员数量降低50%,具有省时、省力、节约人力资源、安全系数高等一系列优点,在矿井安全效益、技术效益、经济效益和社会效益方面显著提升,充分证明其具有较高的借鉴意义和推广价值。The poleless rope winch in the shaft of Meiyukou mine is very easy to cause fatigue and break of the wire rope due to frequent usage and great working strength,so it needs to be replaced for the use of 5 to 7 months.Before the optimization,the new wire rope was mainly operated by poleless rope shuttle to achieve the replacement of the used wire rope.However,the operational complexity and labor intensity of the scheme were not able to meet the demand for rapid replacement.After continuous exploration and analysis,this paper proposes a rapid replacement technique for inserting new wire rope and used wire rope,using the used rope to drive the new rope.Based on practical application in Meiyukou mine,the new rapid replacement scheme can reduce the replacement time by 44.4%and the number of simultaneous operators by 50%compared to traditional methods.With a series of advantages of saving time,saving human resources,and high safety coefficient,the mine has significantly improved in terms of safety efficiency,technical efficiency,economic efficiency and social benefits.
